Mr. Seung Soo Han is a power project developer and ex-banker with 18 years of professional career. Seung Soo’s primary experience includes development, advisory, structuring, financing and execution of complex power projects in Asia and globally. Seung Soo had been based in Singapore for 10 years covering power and energy projects in Asia and in Hong Kong for 4 years covering energy and infrastructure projects in Asia and ECAs/MDBs. Seung Soo recently financed Project Yunlin in Taiwan – 640MW offshore wind project – in May 2019.
